Refund Policy

Intus The Way Of Life has been dedicated to empowering your health and well-being journey by providing you with premium quality supplements. We stand firmly behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your eligible items for credit within 60 days of receiving your order.

Please note: This policy applies only to full-price and sale items purchased directly from our website www.intusthewayoflife.com. It does not apply to clearance items or purchases made from other retailers. If you purchased your item from another website or retail store, please contact them directly to understand their return and refund policy.

To ensure a smooth return process, please remember:

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. 
  • Please add your invoice number or a copy of your invoice to identify your returns together with the unopened product(s).
  • If the product arrived damaged, please contact us at support@intusthewayoflife.com and attach images as needed.  Our team is happy to make things right via a replacement product or refund. 
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is based on a damaged product during transport to you, we proceed with your refund potentially including the cost of return (based on level and return form). 

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is based on a wish to return due to a wrong purchase, we will proceed with the refund as mentioned for the product only.  

We charge you no return fee for any product that arrives damaged; however, if you are requesting a general return (i.e., you changed your mind and no longer want the product), a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
